Fun Girly Food

Today being Mother's Day I thought it would be fun toasting Mom since we grew up having tea parties. I love the delicate finger foods.  Though I made this recipe for Easter, it was tasty. Enjoy this recipe with your next tea party or just fun time. Super simple that kids can make it.

Mini Berry Tarts

1 pkg frozen phyllo cups
4 T lemon curd
whipped cream (stuff in the can works well)
berries

Place 1 teaspoon lemon curd in each phyllo cup. Top with 3-4 berries then a spritz of whipped cream.  Serve cold.
