After watching an episode on Food Network (via YouTube) BAP and SSP asked me to make this recipe. They were so excited about it. Yesterday with it being a snow day for school I thought I would test out a recipe for something similar. (NOTE: we have over 18inches of fluffy snow here in town...with 10 inches falling just last night).
Biscuits and Gravy

1 pkg Biscuit and Scone Mix (made the Country Biscuits according to directions)
Gravy:
1/2 lb ground sausage
1/2 medium onion
cornstarch
2 cups milk/cream
Brown sausage with onion. Stir in milk. Add some cornstarch and water (about 2T cornstarch to 1T water). Stir until thickened. Serve over pipping hot biscuits.
