No Yeast...No Problem!

Last night it was just BAP, SSP and I home for dinner, as my hard working husband was out again.  The boys love pepperoni pizza.  It was getting late and I had to come up with a way to make the crust...and pronto.  I asked Dear Doctor Google for help in finding a crust without yeast.  It was so perfect.  The boys were thrilled to have pizza - their own individual too; Mommy was thrilled it was so easy.

Pizza Crust (Without Yeast)
adapted from: http://treatntrick.blogspot.com/2011/07/pizza-dough-without-yeast.html

3 cups flour*
1 T baking powder
4 T melted butter
1 cup warm milk*
1 t Italian seasoning

In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, and Italian seasoning. Add milk and butter.  Mix well until a soft dough forms.  Divide into 3 or 4 equal pieces (for personal pizzas or 2 pieces for family style).  Roll out thin. Top with your favorite pizza ingredients. Bake at 375 for about 25minutes.

*you may need a bit more milk or flour to make dough come together
