Shredded Beef Barbecue
2 1/2 pounds beef loin steaks (used elk of course)
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T cider vinegar
2 T lemon juice
2 T Dijon mustard
2 t chili powder
1 medium onion, sliced thin
12 favorite dinner rolls
Place onion in greased crockpot. Add meat. Combine other ingredients (minus rolls) in a separate bowl and mix well. Pour over meat. Cook on HIGH 4-5 hours (I did closer to 6) or LOW 8-10 hours.
