Roasted & Toasted

Cabbage is one of those vegetables that one either loves or hates.  I am definitely a lover of it. Recently I made this recipe...it was so tasty. I think I could survive off this recipe. It was awe-mazing.

Oven Roasted Cabbage

1 small head cabbage, sliced (or wedged)
olive oil
garlic, minced
salt/pepper

Preheat oven to 400.  Place parchment paper on lipped cookie sheet with cabbage pieces.  Drizzle with olive oil.  Spread minced garlic over all (about 1 t per piece). Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast 40minutes until lightly browned.
