Roasted & Toasted

Cabbage is one of those vegetables that one either loves or hates.  I am definitely a lover of it. Recently I made this was so tasty. I think I could survive off this recipe. It was awe-mazing.

Oven Roasted Cabbage
adapted from:

1 small head cabbage, sliced (or wedged)
olive oil
garlic, minced

Preheat oven to 400.  Place parchment paper on lipped cookie sheet with cabbage pieces.  Drizzle with olive oil.  Spread minced garlic over all (about 1 t per piece). Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast 40minutes until lightly browned.
