Easy As (Pumpkin) Pie

I normally do not like pumpkin. I originally thought there was no good way to eat pumpkin (besides my mom's pumpkin bars). Then my aunt gave me this recipe. It is so good. I love the buttery taste of the crust on top.

Praline Pumpkin Dessert

1 can (15 oz) pumpkin (I used 3 cups of pumpkin puree)
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 t pumpkin pie spice
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup or 1 cube margarine (melted)

Preheat oven to 350. Combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Place filling in a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle DRY cake mix on top. Drizzle with melted margarine. DO NOT MIX TOGETHER. Bake for 1 hour. Store in Refrigerator.
