Chicken Nuggets (aka Dino Bones at our house)
4 cups crushed corn flakes mix with: 2 t (each) garlic and onion powder (and/or 1/2 pkg of ranch dressing mix)
3 Chicken Breasts (sliced thin and into bite-size chunks)
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 cup cornstarch
Dredge (coat both sides) chicken pieces in cornstarch. Shake excess off. Dip in butter. Roll in corn flake mixture. Place on greased cookie sheet
Bake at 425 for about 15-20 minutes. Enjoy with any of your favorite dips.
