The BEST BBQ Pulled Pork

I love trying new recipes in the kitchen. Here is one that anyone should try; it is SO good. Serve with crusty rolls. mmm...great. It makes me drool thinking about making it again.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
adapted from this recipe

1 1.5 pound pork sirloin roast
2 cups favorite root beer
2 medium onions, sliced
18-25 oz favorite bbq sauce
8 burger buns

Cook roast, root beer, and onion on LOW for at least 6 hours (longer the better). Drain juices. Return meat and onions to crock pot and shred. Add bbq sauce (more the merrier) stir happily. Cook on low for 45 minutes. Stir to coat all pieces equally.
